1. The service

NDR Insight is a research and decision-support terminal that organises macroeconomic, rates, event and historical market information. Features, data coverage and access models may change over time.

The service does not act as a broker, investment adviser, fiduciary, exchange or trade-execution venue. No content creates an advisory relationship or a recommendation tailored to your circumstances.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into these terms and use the service only where lawful. You are responsible for accurate registration information, keeping credentials secure and all activity through your account. Access is personal unless an organisation-specific agreement says otherwise.

Notify the operator promptly if you suspect account compromise. Access may be restricted or suspended to protect the service, enforce these terms, meet legal requirements or address non-payment.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the service for your own lawful research and internal decision support. You must not:

• Attempt unauthorised access, bypass authentication or interfere with service security.
• Scrape, systematically extract, republish, resell or redistribute the service or its datasets except with written permission.
• Reverse engineer or copy protected elements except where law expressly permits it.
• Use the service to violate law, third-party rights or market rules.
• Misrepresent terminal output as personalised advice or guaranteed results.

4. Market data and research limitations

Market and macroeconomic information may be delayed, incomplete, revised or supplied by third parties. Historical analysis can be affected by data availability, methodology, survivorship, regime change and sample size. Labels such as validated, reliable or high confidence describe the system’s research state; they do not guarantee correctness or future performance.

You are responsible for independently checking information before acting and for your own analysis, execution, position sizing and risk controls. The separate Risk Disclaimer forms part of these terms.

5. Intellectual property and feedback

The service, interface, software, methodology, branding and original content are owned by or licensed to the operator and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.

If you provide feedback, you permit the operator to use it to improve the service without an obligation to compensate you, while you retain ownership of any rights you already hold.

6. Availability, changes and termination

The service may be changed, interrupted or discontinued. Maintenance, provider outages, data corrections and security events can affect availability. Access may end when a subscription or authorised relationship ends. Provisions that by nature should survive—such as ownership, disclaimers and liability limits—continue after termination.

7. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, loss of profits or data, trading loss, or decisions made using the service. Any aggregate liability that cannot be excluded is limited to amounts paid for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

8. General terms

If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights without permission; the operator may transfer these terms as part of a reorganisation or service transfer.

These terms may be revised as the service evolves. Material changes should be communicated through the service or the account relationship. The governing law and dispute forum are those required by the agreement or commercial relationship under which your access was provided; mandatory local consumer rights remain unaffected.
