1. Scope and responsibility
This notice applies to personal information processed by the operator of NDR Insight in connection with this website, account access, subscriptions and support. It does not cover third-party websites or services reached through external links.
“Personal information” means information that identifies you or can reasonably be linked to you. Anonymous market, macroeconomic and aggregated research data is not personal information.
2. Data we process
Account and access data
If account access is enabled, we may process your name, email address, account identifier, authentication status and entitlement or subscription status.
Billing data
If paid access is offered, the payment provider processes card and payment details. NDR Insight may receive limited billing records such as customer identifiers, subscription status, plan, invoices and transaction outcomes, but does not need to store complete card details.
Technical and usage data
Servers and security systems may record IP address, browser and device information, request time, pages or endpoints requested, authentication events, error details and similar diagnostic information. We may also process preferences or actions needed to provide terminal features.
Communications
If you contact the operator, the content of your message and the contact details you provide may be retained to answer and administer your request.
3. Why we use information
- Provide, authenticate and maintain the service.
- Manage access rights, subscriptions and account support.
- Protect accounts, investigate abuse and keep the service reliable.
- Diagnose errors and understand performance.
- Comply with legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims.
Depending on where you live, processing may rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, compliance with law, or consent where consent is required.
4. Service providers and disclosures
Information may be shared with infrastructure, authentication, payment, feedback, monitoring and professional-service providers only as needed for their work. The application is designed to support Firebase-based authentication, Stripe-based billing and UserJot-based feedback, roadmap and changelog features when those services are enabled. Feedback submitted through UserJot, together with your account identifier, email and name when available, may be processed by UserJot so submissions and votes can be associated with your account. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or abuse, or support a business reorganisation. NDR Insight does not sell personal information for money.
5. Retention and international processing
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including account administration, security, dispute resolution and legal compliance. Different records have different retention periods. Data may be processed in countries other than your own; where required, appropriate transfer safeguards should be used.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
To exercise a privacy right, use the contact channel through which you received access to NDR Insight. The operator may need to verify your identity before fulfilling the request.
7. Security
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used to protect service data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your sign-in credentials confidential and report suspected unauthorised access promptly.
8. Children and changes to this notice
NDR Insight is intended for adults and professional market participants, not children. The notice may be updated as the service or legal requirements change. A revised effective date will be displayed on this page.
Questions or privacy requests should be sent through the support or account contact channel provided with your access.
