Risk disclaimer

Markets involve substantial risk. NDR Insight is a research tool, not a promise of outcomes or a substitute for professional advice.

Effective: 7 August 2026  ·  This disclaimer applies to all terminal views, research outputs and public content.

1. Information, not investment advice

NDR Insight provides general market research and decision-support context only. It does not provide personalised investment, legal, tax or accounting advice; solicit transactions; execute trades; or recommend that any person buy, sell or hold an instrument.

No output takes account of your objectives, financial situation, knowledge, experience, liquidity needs or risk tolerance. Nothing on the service creates a fiduciary, advisory, brokerage or client relationship.

2. Trading and investment risk

Trading currencies, equities, indices, bonds, derivatives, leveraged products and other financial instruments can result in rapid and substantial losses, including loss of all capital and, for some products, more than the initial amount invested. Leverage magnifies gains and losses. Liquidity, volatility, gaps, execution, counterparty and regulatory risks can materially affect results.

Only risk capital you can afford to lose. If you are uncertain about the suitability or consequences of a transaction, obtain advice from an appropriately authorised professional.

3. Data can be delayed, revised or wrong

Macroeconomic releases, calendars, yields and prices may come from external sources and may be delayed, estimated, incomplete, incorrectly mapped, later revised or temporarily unavailable. Release timestamps and historical observations can differ between providers. “Last updated” information is not a guarantee of freshness.

Reasonable validation can reduce errors but cannot eliminate them. Confirm material facts using primary sources and your execution venue before making a decision.

4. Historical evidence is not a forecast

Past performance and historical market reactions do not reliably predict future results. A small or selected sample may not represent other periods. Market structure, policy regimes, liquidity and participant behaviour change. Backtests and reconstructed observations may include assumptions and may differ from executable real-time results.

5. Models, regimes and confidence labels

Scores, regimes, scenarios, rankings, confidence labels and model-implied outlooks are analytical constructs. They can be sensitive to inputs, methodology and thresholds. They are not official statements by a central bank, data provider or issuer, and they do not guarantee a profitable or even available trade.

Research status labels describe evidence handling within NDR Insight. “Validated” does not mean certain; “high confidence” does not remove market risk; and “opportunity” does not mean recommendation.

6. You remain responsible

You are solely responsible for independent research, chart and price confirmation, instrument selection, execution, sizing, diversification, stop and exit decisions, compliance and ongoing risk management. Consider costs such as spreads, slippage, financing, fees and taxes.

Do not rely on NDR Insight as the sole basis for a financial decision. Stop using the service if you do not understand an output or its limitations.

By using NDR Insight, you acknowledge that uncertainty is inherent in market analysis and that no research process can remove the risk of loss.
